6 week Leadership Class

This six-week leadership class is designed to help participants build practical skills and personal confidence to lead others with clarity and purpose. The program provides a focused learning journey that blends interactive instruction, self-reflection, and real-world application so that new habits can be practiced immediately in the workplace.

Each week explores a core dimension of effective leadership, including self-awareness, communication, emotional intelligence, decision making, and team motivation. Participants engage in discussions, scenario exercises, and small group activities that connect leadership concepts to everyday challenges such as giving feedback, managing conflict, and guiding change.

Between sessions, learners complete brief action assignments that encourage them to apply what they have learned with their own teams. These experiences are reviewed in class to reinforce progress and share insights. The supportive cohort environment allows participants to learn from one another while developing a network of peers.
